There are four required sections to be reviewed: the FWA Training, HIPAA Training, English Language Proficiency Test and Interpreter Skills Assessment Test. If you are a new interpreter, we highly encourage you to also review our Orientation Section.

Benoit Language Services has created this training and testing webpage for your benefit. As you know, the profession as an interpreter has become increasingly competitive and customers want to know they are dealing with the best interpreters available.

Benoit Language Services, Inc. is requiring all of the interpreters to go through each of the four sections. At the end of each section, you will be required to sign off on the training or submit the test and receive the test results. Benoit will also receive your test score results automatically.

*These are annual trainings. Active interpreters are responsible for staying updated with their training.
